Stone Belt is seeking a visionary leader for the position of Executive Residential Director. This position provides executive level leadership to Medicaid Waiver and Supervised Group Living (ICF/IDD) programs across Monroe, Lawrence and Bartholomew Counties in Southern Indiana.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and lead the vision for Stone Belt’s residential programs by representing residential programs in strategic planning, policy and procedure development and as an active participant in various agency teams.
  • Explore and develop opportunities for innovation in service delivery, keeping abreast of changes in best practice in service delivery.
  • Lead, support and develop team members toward a level of excellent performance. Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, collaboration between programs and excellence in service delivery.
  • Support and oversee the admissions to the agency’s residential programs.
  • Represent Stone Belt in a professional manner with all stakeholders including staff, family members, guardians, board members, industry partners, and community at large. Promote effective working relationships and positive reputation with stakeholders and among community members.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within all residential programs. Demonstrates knowledge of all aspects of service provision and regulatiory standards including CARF, Indiana Department of Health (ICF/IDD), BQIS (Medicaid Waiver), Medicaid and other applicable standards. Experience with 460 IAC 6 and ICF/IDD service provision is beneficial, but not required.
  • In conjunction with CFO, develop budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility for assigned areas.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of administrative experience in a social service agency, or related field; or an equivalent combination of educational and work experience.
  • Possess training and experience as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
  • Possession of a valid United States driver’s license and eligibility for coverage with agency’s insurer. Must be able to travel independently on a daily basis
