Chief Executive Officer

The mission of The Arc of Noble County Foundations is to support individuals with developmental, intellectual, and other disabilities in NE Indiana to maximize their abilities to succeed at work, home and in their community.  

The CEO is responsible for supporting the agency’s vision, mission, and guiding principles by ensuring the responsible use of resources to strengthen the core work of the agency. Working with the Board of Directors, the CEO will set clear/specific organizational goals and develop annual plans to support those goals. Additionally, the CEO will ensure the positive standing of the agency through an active presence in the community and to some degree in day-to-day operations and service delivery.
