Direct Support Professionals

Direct Support Professionals are responsible to work cooperatively with the House Manager, Lead DSP, QIDP, Coordinator and other staff in developing, implementing, and evaluating programming, training, recreation, and therapeutic activities for the consumers of TradeWinds. Responsible to endorse a safe, clean, positive environment at all times for the consumers; and give engaging assistance to individuals which aide them in developing strategies that overcome obstacles and promote an opportunity for growth.

Must have a valid driver's license Driver’s license will be checked.Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be a responsible, reliable person who is able to work
independently.
