Description of Position:
The QIDP is responsible for the monitoring, integration, implementation and coordination of services consisting of a comprehensive functional assessment of the program services. Ultimately, the QIDP is responsible for ensuring the provisions of a consistent and aggressive active treatment program for the consumers. The QIDP also supervises the Direct Support Professionals and works cooperatively with the residential center nurse.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in human services or related academic disciplines (e.g., psychology, sociology, education, and human development).
Experience Required:
Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs, program evaluations, and working in a team environment. Must have good decision-making and time management skills and be responsible, mature, and flexible.
