ADEC is adding a Behavior Consultant to it's Residential team. The Behavior Consultant will work in collaboration with Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDPs), Group Home Directors, and Group Home Managers to help fulfill ADEC's mission of empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilled lives in their community. The Behavior Consultant will work with clients, families, and ADEC team members to provide person-centered behavior management techniques to help clients overcome or manage behavior concerns.
